30 Amazing Feats to Accomplish While 30

Physical Activity

The first 10 items on the list require physical activity. I’m no body builder or gym rat, but I understand the need for exercise and can appreciate the positive effects it has on the human body. With that said, I want to incorporate regular physical activity this year. So, instead of listing physical activity as a feat, I decided that events and activities that require regular exercise and physical training will better accomplish the underlining goal.
